ALICE IN WONDERLAND PARTY - COULD BE THE BEST TENTH BIRTHDAY PARTY OF ALL TIME

If you think your tenth birthday party was the best ever you might be wrong.  My friends organized a Mad Hatter / Alice In Wonderland birthday party for their ten year old and it couldn't be more amazing.    No detail was left out and it all started with an amazing venue.

Hycroft Manor was perfect, it represented everything you want in a place where you would sit down for high tea wearing a pink flamingo on your head.  The Manor had it all,  Victorian era furniture, a well groomed green space out back for croquet, and giant concrete pillars.  You could tell the other kids thought this gal was rich.  Parents might have left pissed that the new standard for birthdays was set.  Sorry, Chuck E Cheese won't beat this.

More adults were there than the kids, this party might have been intended for us rather than the birthday girl.   We all brought our A game and came in costume, but some did much better than others (even the jocks dressed up).  There were three sets of tweedle dee and tweedle dumb and the twins made the guys in white shirts look lame, (My A game was graded as a D - still a pass).   Take a look at these photos and be amazed.

  1. Oh my goodness, that is the cutest thing I've ever seen in Vancouver. I feel completely inspired to never throw a boring party ever again. Thank you SlopPress.
